Palin: Obama Pals Around With Terrorists

From the DNC’s Associated Press:

Palin says Obama ‘palling around’ with terrorists

By JIM KUHNHENN, Associated Press Writer

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Saturday accused Democrat Barack Obama of “palling around with terrorists” because of an old association with a former ’60s radical, stepping up an effort to portray Obama as unacceptable to American voters.

Palin’s reference was to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground. Its members took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol, during the Vietnam War era. Obama, who was a child when the group was active, served on a charity board with Ayers several years ago and has denounced his radical views and activities…

Palin told a group of donors at a private airport, “Our opponent … is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect, imperfect enough, that he’s palling around with terrorists who would target their own country.” She also said, “This is not a man who sees America as you see America and as I see America.” …

Palin’s remark about Obama “palling around with terrorists” comes as e-mails circulate on the Internet with suggestions that the Democratic candidate is secretly a radical, foreign-born Muslim with designs against the U.S. — even though Obama is a native of Hawaii, a Christian and has no connections to Muslim extremists…

Earlier Saturday, Palin spent 35 minutes at a diner in Greenwood Village where she met with Blue Star Moms, a support group of families whose sons or daughters are serving in the armed forces…

Good news. Maybe the gloves are finally coming off.

What a typical tactic from the lickspittle Democrat slaveys of the AP. They always trot out this fantasy email campaign when the going gets tough.

Never mind that the other side actually does send out emails that contain the most outrageous lies. (Especially now about Mrs. Palin.)

Palin’s reference was to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground.

Yes, but it didn’t have to be a reference only to Mr. Ayers.

Mr. Obama has quite a number of domestic terrorists of on his side now.

As for Governor Palin being ‘Dick Cheney in a dress’ — we say, let’s hope so!

  1. JIM KUHNHENN is yet another AP yellow journalist who commits propaganda for the Left at every chance. Here’s an example of his attempt to shift the blame for the Obama-in-Islamic-garb photo that was circulated earlier this year.
    http://www.breitbart.com/artic....._article=1
In this article, he says that it was “gossip and news Web site The Drudge Report [that] posted the photograph Monday and said it was being circulated by “Clinton staffers” and quoted an e-mail from an unidentified campaign aide. ”
Obviously, by that type of phraseology, he accomplishes three things:
    1) Paints DrudgeReport as little more than the National Enquirer, which is nothing more than pure jealousy and falsehood
    2) Brings questions that the Clinton campaign has staffers that would be capable of spreading the photo in the first place (quotation marks around Clinton staffers)
    3) Casts doubt that it even came from the Clinton campaign by using the phrase, ‘unidentified campaign aide.’

However, in the next paragraph, Kuhnhenn (probably as he holds his nose), admits that: “Obama campaign manager David Plouffe immediately accused Clinton’s campaign of “the most shameful, offensive fear-mongering we’ve seen from either party in this election.”

The AP is the 5th column.

[And as far as Palin being Cheney in drag, let's admit: they both hunt. And as far as I'm concerned, I wish Sarah would take the AP out for an afternoon with a shotgun and a LOT of ammunition as Cheney did a while back :-) ]

Hey everyone!!! I was at the rally in California today! I volunteered as one of the ushers. She was awesome. Don’t believe any of the news reports about it. All the seats were full and thousands more were trying to get in. There were only a small handful of Obama protestors.

The crowd was extremely multicultural, tons of Hispanics and Asians and even a good number of African Americans. McCain is not to be discounted yet — he and Sarah are still drawing a lot of people in. The air was electric and people were chanting for her. Most people waited 2 or more hours in their seats to see her.

And she wasn’t that negative at all, despite what the reporters say. In fact most of the speech was uplifting and positive and extremely logical. I was so happy to be there.

Many people were also whispering “Palin 2012″ as a codeword for their true feelings. She needs to be the 45th president.

I’m willing to bet that Sarah is a better shot than Dick Cheney.

  4. Hey Jim! Sarah called. Wants to know if you want to moose hunting with her next Friday.

    @Latinos
Palin is coming to Greensboro soon. I’m seriously looking forward to seeing her here. And considering where I live, I can only imagine that I will have plenty of Obama protesters I can make fun of while I’m there.

There is an attorney who has evidence that Obama was born in Kenya and his mother took him right after his birth to Hawaii. Obama was not born in the USA! Wait until the lawsuit is filed but we won’t hear about it because the totalitarian Democratic state with press ruled by the left wing media is upon us. Say good bye to Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingrahm, etal conservative talk radio where we could hear about this will be killed as soon as Obama places his hand on the Koran to be sworn in!

Free press only what the left feels is free, just like women’s rights its only for the left wing women not conservative women.

I sometimes jokingly say that Obama is the Manchurian Candidate but honestly, I sometimes feel there is a grain of truth in it. He doesn’t know what he stands for. My mom just ended her week long visit today and one of my cousin’s came over yesterday with her 19 y/o college student punk son. Anyway, they were both wearing Obama change t-shirts and my mom who generally likes to keep things peaceful anyway wasn’t buying into their hooks about who she was voting for, the election, etc. Anyway, I asked little wiz kid what the annointed one stood for and he really coudln’t give me any straight answers. He finally stormed off from the grill with this little gem, “Well, I expected you to be so dumb you couldn’t figure out his greatness and I don’t need to tell you what he stands for if you can’t figure it out on your own!” I told him his little comment made about as much sense as the messiah and he resounded with “exactly!”.
We live in truly scary times.

    @ Flession:

Here’s a funny Obama protestor story from the Palin rally here in Carson, CA. A big fat, ugly white woman with a yellow “CALIFORNIA IS OBAMA’S COUNTRY” sign plowed past us in an effort to be caught on tape by CNN, which of course sent reporters looking for protestors. The captain gathered all of us and told us to crowd around the woman and chant USA, McCain, and Sarah Sarah, etc. I was behind the Obama woman and screamed so hard I saw her trembling. At one point, someone finally grabbed the sign from her. She reached to grab it back, but the person ran away with it. Then she threw herself on the ground and pretended somebody pushed her. But everybody quickly jumped back so she couldn’t accuse any of us of touching her. She screamed “You are showing your true colors!” And then she whimpered away.

What bugs me is that the McCain campaign staff keep telling us we can’t touch any of these protestors, we have to just tolerate their increasingly aggressive and often physically intrusive behaviors. Just once, I wish we had the right to punch them back when they push us… but NOOOOO, we have to show that we’re more classy. It’s unfair that no such directive seems to hamper them.

    Good luck at the rally.

Latinos-I feel your pain on this one. Why do we always have to be the grown ups? I’m afraid that McCain’s classy act will get us the annointed one.

  9. Awesome story, Latinos

Sadly, though, as much as I wish we could just go around decking some of Obama’s supporters (some of which rightfully deserve such a @$$wupping), it would only add more fuel for the Obama fire. Any report of a right-winger slugging one of the protesters will make him look good and give the MSM more ammo to use against McCain.

Although, since you are Latino, you might have a advantage against the media assuming you’re just a racist white guy. You know, countering a race card with another race card…

…then again, they don’t necessarily have to mention your race…

Yea, just keep in the rage. You can let it out if he gets elected. Pitch forks and torches are generally accepted nowadays.

I’m glad the campaign’s decided that the press will never bring up Ayers and that they need to do it themselves, but why was Palin holding a rally outside of Los Angeles? They’ve given up on Michigan, but are campaigning in LA? That’s ridiculous. Even if they thought they could force Obama to spend money in a safe state by campaigning in CA, they should be in the Central Valley, Orange County, and north San Diego County, not the LA suburbs.

  11. Latinos4JohnnyMac

SD: Say it isn’t so! Palin managed to fill the LA stadium with over 20,000 screaming fans. Think of it as an investment for 2012, when she might be able to flip California to the GOP column, especially because she has this incredible appeal to Hispanics and Asians, two groups that are huge in California that McCain hasn’t been able to win over. I was happy she came out to LA. It might be smart to harness her momentum now and invest for a new strategy, if it looks like McCain can’t win. At least that way we plant some seeds for 2012.

“Palin’s remark about Obama “palling around with terrorists” comes as e-mails circulate on the Internet…” I get all kinds of weird e-mails, but I never got the one referred to here. Wonder why?”
“with suggestions that the Democratic candidate is secretly a radical,” Secretly? Let’s see, wants to raise taxes, nationalize just about everything in sight, talks like a radical, walks like a radical, and has lots of radical friends. Doesn’t sound so secret to me.
    1. “even though Obama is a native of Hawaii…” Does it say that on his birth certificate? Does he have a birth certificate he can show us?
    2. “a Christian…” Is that based on his 20 year attendance at the Rev. Wright’s Temple of Hate? I don’t think that qualifies as a Christian group.
    3. “and has no connections to Muslim extremists…” Farrakhan is a Baptist? We’ve got to get rid of this fiction of “moderate” and “extreme” Muslims. The only difference is that one lives in a country not under Islamic control and the other in one that is.
    4. In Islamic law, if the father is a Muslim, the child is a Muslim. Also, if the child later converts to another religion, especially Judaism or Christianity, it is the duty of his family to either reconvert him or kill him. The last time I looked, Obama was still breathing.

  13. SD

I’m from California. I love California. But the state, especially its coastal regions, has gone off the deep end politically and socially. McCain is not going to carry CA, and no Republican will in 2012 either.
