This is racist. Where is his time as a community organizer? And it’s fear mongering to use his middle name. Makes me think of a terrorist. RAAAAAAAACIST.

    /sarc

But seriously, how much work was he doing with that law firm while he was in office as a state senator? He basically had three or four years as a full time lawyer. I held my first job in high school for longer than this guy has ever held one without looking for another.

  2. Brad Brzezinski

    So, Barry the Lawyer!

    (Hope that’s not racist.)

  3. Brad Brzezinski

Oops. Above post was in reference to Obama’s license being inactive. My attempt to copy the quote resulted in its not showing up at all.

What bugs me is how many conservatives have jumped ship and abandoned McCain, then betrayed Sarah Palin. Maybe Rush Limbaugh is right; after this election we can move those lame ones over to the liberal column, where they belong. Powell and the rest of them can reap the chaos when they’re unforgettably linked to the Democrats at their most power-hungry and maniacal!

  5. Latinos, there are a couple high profile Republicans. Just remember WHO they are. When they come looking for support from Republicans again.. they will be told ..nope. “Not buyin whut yer sellin.”

Otherwise “conservatives” Jumping ship is overblown. Is Media hype, and frankly LIES by desperate Leftists parading as conservatives to make it seem OK to do so. I have exposed two such organizations already.

What was he doing in between graduating from Columbia and attending law school? Did he not have a job during that time, or did they just not print it? There’s a pretty big gap in there.

  7. Lorione

Well, Corky, if you go to Ann’s site, off to the right a few items down there is a link about how he might have funded that Law School experience! Perhaps he spent that time, um….”making friends”?

@Latinos, that bothers me too. But for me it’s almost like they’re all in the “elite club”-Ivy League schools, fancy prep schools and Gov. Palin is just an average person who went to a state school and went through 12 years of school without the fancy prep schools. They don’t like it that she “sounds” like someone you would meet in a Walmart or an Olive Garden. I think it comes down to that. The messiah is one of their “own”, she’s one of us.

    Lorione,

I read those stories. I’ve given up trying to understand why people don’t care about these associations, when more keep popping up by the day. Sarah Palin was raked over the coals because her husband used to be in a party which advocated the cessation of Alaska from the U.S. But at least that party didn’t try to harm the U.S.

  10. Lorione

It’s easy to explain away things like being at a dinner with someone, claiming it’s “guilt by association,” but when there is this pattern that just never ends, I don’t see how anyone can deny there’s a problem there. Unless, of course, they just don’t want to see it. Which is obviously what is happening. People have an image of who they want Obama to be: this well-dressed,intelligent (don’t forget “clean” and “articulate”) black man who is a uniter and who has overcome great odds, who will make Americans proud to be Americans– (at least the ones who weren’t already proud to be Americans). Now that some cracks in that facade are showing up more and more and in more obvious ways, they just want to plug their ears and sing “la la la …he’s the ONE…la la la …change…la la la …hope.”
