Damn! I should have had a video camera with me when my 3yo daughter announced that she hates Obama to the entire pharmacy at our local military hospital. More than a few people giggled.
Absolutely. I felt bad that my child would say she hated someone (not that I think she knows exactly what it means to hate at this age, she might have gotten that from her older sisters who had a lot of difficulty not saying it after we discussed the presidential candidates and some of their positions).
So I guess Obama has the whole “someone wipes your butt for you” crowd in the tank. Nice.
Unfortunately, Obama’s name is way too much fun to say. My five-year-old loves to say the name. My older son knows more about the issues, but I haven’t discussed any of it yet with my little guy. He’s just heard the name a lot and likes to say it…much to my dismay. This is funny– one day I had FOX news on in the background while I was doing something, and he said, “Can we watch something else, I don’t want to watch the Barack Obama show.” I looked at the screen and BHO wasn’t even on the screen. So I told him “That’s not Barack Obama, that’s Neil Cavuto,” and he said, “But this is the show he’s always on.” So I guess the name is said so often, he equates any news show with BHO- and we generally only watch FOX. I can’t imagine the level of hero worship that must go on in homes where the “mainstream” news is on a lot. Perhaps I should tell him that if he doesn’t like “The Barack Obama Show,” he’d better tell all his friends’ parents not to vote for him, or the Show will be on ALL the TIME! (mua-haha)
Flession, I saw that comment, and I laughed like crazy.
It is really scary to think that these parents are raising a good chunk of tomorrow’s future. And they’re not even safe once they go off to school, because that’s where the heavy indoctrination starts. We need to get control over our schools again if we want to have a hope of combating this.

Yikes, these are some scary parents.

Celina, looks that way doesn’t it?

Comment I left on the video:
Seems like a typical Obama supporter to me:
Low understand of the world around them. Wants free things all the time and aren’t willing to work for them.
And especially the part about crying if they don’t get their way.

And it appears my comment is considered spam.
Shocker.
